We do our best to ensure that every company in our directory complies with our Terms, but because companies change so often we may not be updated. Please contact us if you find an error or a company who is not complying with our guidelines.
LINK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All Manufacturers of American made goods according to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines are welcome to submit their web site.

Exceptions: We understand and realize that many manufactures produce a variety of goods and not all products will carry the “Made in USA” label. You may still list your site so long as you use full disclosure about which of your product lines are Made in the USA.
If you are found violating the terms above, your website will be Removed and No Refund will be granted. In addition, please be aware that making false claims about the products you manufacturer or sell is a violation of FTC policies and will be reported to the FTC.
By submitting your site to The Buy American Movement, you ensure that The Buy American Movement will consider and respond to your suggestion on an expedited basis.
Your payment and participation, in accordance with this Agreement, guarantees that a member of The Buy American Movement’s editorial staff will look at your site, consider your suggestion to include the site on the The Buy American Movement web site, and respond to you within three (3) business days from the date that you submit your site for consideration. Please note: this excludes any holiday periods observed by The Buy American Movement and any delays due to problems processing your request.
All monthly and yearly membership package terms shall automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same length as the initial term unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the then-current term.

Article / Press Release Submission Guidelines
If you are the writer of an article or press release, you authorize The Buy American Movement to display your work without compensation. All External links in the work should open in a new window. Your work may be removed by The Buy American Movement at any time for any reason. You must include your contact information in the fields at the end the article including your email address and your web site if you have one.
Submissions of articles that belong to others.
Do not modify the article or title in any way with the exception of ads. You must include the email address (if available) and the complete URL where you found the article.
DO NOT submit any material that contains offensive, objectionable, or illegal material
If you violate this rule, you will be banned from The Buy American Movement and any illegal content submitted will be reported to the proper authorities.
Social Media
We post and re-post information about your products and services to various social media accounts based on the membership level you have chosen. If for any reason, we deem you are posting inappropriate material, those postings and submissions will be stopped with or without warning as we deem fit. We do our best to stay politically neutral on all issues. Our primary focus is to help US business creating and or selling American Made products and services. If we allow you shared access we reserve the right to revoke this at anytime for any reason.
USA Ownership
Any and all businesses must be owned and operated in the USA. While many companies may have operations outside the US and offer products and services outside the US, the business itself must be US owned.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Should you decide that you no longer want to be included in our directory, you must contact us within 48 hrs of placing your order via email and you will be given a full refund minus any transaction fees. If your listing has already been approved, it will be deleted before the refund is issued. On all Monthly Promotional Packages we require a 30 day Notice before cancellation.
CHARGEBACKS
If service with any of our promotional packages have started and you request a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us, we will be assessed a fee of no less than $25.00 and the fee shall be passed back onto you. Our phone number is listed on your credit card statement so if you do not recognize the charge you must call us to verify said charges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Buy American Movement uses reasonable efforts to include the most accurate and up-to-date information on this web site, but errors and/or omissions may occur.
